Paste the puzzle grid with one row per line. Spaces, numbers, and punctuation are ignored, so you can paste from messy notes and still get a clean grid. The important part is keeping each row in the same order as the original puzzle.

Using an image

Each match should have a clear start and end position. If a word appears more than once, compare every path before marking the printed puzzle. Some puzzle books allow backward or diagonal words, so do not assume the first horizontal result is the only answer.

If a word is missing, check whether the grid rows have uneven lengths, whether an OCR result confused I with L or O with Q, and whether the target word includes a plural or hyphen that is not printed in the puzzle.
